This is a full-time, remote / on-site Sales Business Development role based in Islamabad. The Sales Business Development professional will identify and qualify new business opportunities for Vadion’s software product development services esp offshore, focusing on target markets and decision-makers. Responsibilities include conducting market research, building prospect lists, initiating outreach (email, calls, social channels), and nurturing a pipeline of leads through regular follow-ups. The role involves presenting Vadion’s capabilities, coordinating product or service demos with technical teams, preparing proposals, and supporting contract negotiations. The individual will maintain accurate CRM records, track sales metrics, collaborate with delivery teams to align solutions with client needs, and contribute to sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
