Sales Audit & Performance Manager

About the role
We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Audit & Performance Manager to help elevate the quality and effectiveness of our sales team. This is not a traditional management role— instead, you will act as a critical partner to leadership by auditing sales interactions, identifying improvement opportunities, and coaching the team to perform at a higher level.
This role is ideal for someone with strong consultative sales experience who can break down what great looks like and help others consistently execute it.
What you'll do
Conduct in-depth audits of sales activities across multiple channels, including call recordings, emails, SMS / chat conversations;
Evaluate performance against company sales processes, frameworks, and best practices;
Identify gaps in discovery and needs analysis, objection handling, communication clarity and tone, closing techniques, follow‐up quality;
