• Welcome and greet customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Actively engage with customers to assess their needs and provide assistance.
• Provide in-depth product knowledge, including features, benefits, and value.
• Offer recommendations, cross-sell, and up-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and display areas.
