Responsibilities
- You have relevant IKEA experience in the sales department (preferably in kitchen furniture and accessories).
- You have relevant experience working with floor plans, kitchen site measurement, in‑depth knowledge of IKEA kitchen planning, layout, and installation issues.
- Utilise your knowledge of Active Sales to find solutions for the customer. You should have a passion for selling IKEA furniture and have the confidence to actively sell our IKEA range to the customer.
- Assist the customer in designing their ideal furniture combination and suggest suitable products and arrangements that conform to their design.
- Know about all the kitchen planning/buying process and the IKEA services offered in the store (delivery, assembly, installation, and finance schemes) and use this knowledge to help customers make informed choices, resulting in a better shopping experience.
