Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly quota by applying aggressive, consistent, and persuasive selling techniques.
• Organize and maintain a prominent and attractive mass display or wall display of assigned products in the store in accordance with agreed merchandising guidelines.
• Ensure the maximum number of products are available and creatively displayed to increase basket size of customers at all times.
• Maintain product cleanliness of all assigned products in the display to ensure they are presentable and attractive to customers.
• Conduct regular monthly inventory counts in the warehouse and selling area, and submit the merchandiser's monthly inventory, off‑take, and other required reports on time.
• Avoid out‑of‑stocks by regularly informing the sales coordinator about critical stock needs for replenishment.
• Take responsibility for loss of items and ensure that any loss is paid for.
