Job Description
- Assist clients throughout the loan application process, ensuring accurate and complete documentation.
- Responsible for the timely screening and processing of endorsed leads of the assigned branch.
- Regularly monitor pending accounts to support sales objectives.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of all loan products and their requirements.
- Deliver excellent customer service to the clients.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth process until loan release.
- Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Key Requirements
- Willing to train in Ortigas, Pasig, for two (2) weeks (hotel, food, and travel expenses will be covered by the company).
