Responsibilities
- Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, promoting products or services, and meeting sales targets.
- Managing the Pipedrive (Employer CRM System).
- Conducting a live and virtual demo meeting with the client.
- Follow up on the status of the deal of the client.
- Assist walk-in clients.
- Generate leads through outsourcing on social media, cold calls, and/or in person.
- Attend to client concerns.
- Other tasks to assign by the employer.
Qualifications
- Good Communication skills both in English and Filipino
- Client-facing and Customer Service skills
- Computer literate. With knowledge in email, google tools like google chat, docs and worksheet.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- At least 1 year Sales experience (Professional)
