Job Responsibilities

- Effectively demonstrate product features and functionality, highlighting the benefits that meet the customer's specific needs.
- Maintain an up-to-date and in-depth understanding of current mobile technology, operating systems (iOS, Android), new accessory releases, and competitor offerings.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and setup for new devices or accessories for customers.
- Clearly explain product warranties, service plans, and return policies.
