1. Marketplace & Lead Management- Manage and update product listings on platforms such as Alibaba, IndiaMART, and other B2B portals
- Respond promptly to inbound enquiries and leads
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to ensure lead conversion
- Track and manage leads, follow-ups, and closures through daily reporting
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and requirements
