- Handling, updating, and assisting with day‑to‑day loan consultant concerns/queries.
- Assisting marketing assistants/BMs on pre‑screening documents/requirements submitted by loan consultants.
- Boost sales engagement of assigned loan consultants per branch on delivering new/renewal accounts.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new loan consultants.
- Escalate concerns, complaints, and other issues being encountered to the immediate supervisor for quick resolution, and implement approved solutions on a case‑by‑case basis.
