- Greeting customers when they enter the store or department
- Answering questions and assisting customers
- Determining customer needs and recommending products
- Explaining the features and benefits of products to customers
- Staying up-to-date on the latest products available in the store or department
- Accepting and processing orders while operating a POS system
- Promoting special sales, offers, loyalty programs and store credit cards
- Ensuring shelves, displays and the overall store are tidy and inviting
Qualifications
- College level or Vocational Course
- With Sales experience, handling baby items is an advantage
