The Sales Associate sets the standard of quality in eye care and eyewear by ensuring every patient and customer has the best experience at LensCrafters. The role helps establish LensCrafters as the premier destination for all vision needs in the community.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
- Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.
- Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements to find the perfect vision solution.
- Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with the optician as needed.
- Actively participate in and contribute to a positive store environment, fostering professional relationships with peers, management, doctors and support staff (Target Host partners).
