Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and help them with the selection of merchandise.
- Upsell and cross sell all the available items/products in the store.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure shelves are well-stocked.
- Ensure stock levels on the sales floor are maintained continually
- Contribute to visual merchandising for an organized and appealing store layout.
- Participate in sales promotions and campaigns to drive revenue.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth store operations.
- Participate in counting store's physical inventory
- Maintain cleanliness by cleaning shelves, counters or tables and dispose of cardboard waste and trash.
Qualifications
- At least a Sr. High School graduate
- Candidates with prior retail experience, especially in similar roles
- May be designated according to product sold or type of store
