Duties and Responsibilities for the Position
- Handling, updating and assisting day-to-day loan consultant concerns/queries.
- Assisting Marketing Assistant/BM's on pre-screening document/requirements submitted by Loans Consultant.
- Boost sales engagement of assigned Loans Consultant per branch on delivering new/renewal accounts.
- Assist in Recruitment and Onboarding of new Loans Consultant.
- Escalate concerns, complaints and other issues being encountered to immediate supervisor for quick resolution and implement approved solutions case to case basis.
- Assist/Execute programs implemented by Trade Marketing Department.
Qualifications for the Sales Associate Position
- 1-2 Years Experience or Graduate of any 4-year business related course, relevant experience in Banking and Finance.
