Sezane is a French fashion brand now operating online and in physical stores. We are looking for a Sales Advisor / Visual Merchandiser to join our Madrid retail store.

Responsibilities

Sales Advisor

• Deliver a unique customer experience by prioritizing the customer and embodying Sezane's spirit and style.
• Welcome customers with generosity and empathy, identify their desires, and introduce the brand and its product universes.
• Act as an ambassador for Sezane's omnichannel approach, developing a deep knowledge of the brand and products.
• Proactively suggest specific actions to make the customer experience memorable and unique.
• Handle complaints and customer dissatisfaction, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Know Sezane's CSR policy to respond to customers.

Ensuring the Brand image

• Check product labeling and ensure proper merchandising implementation.
