A rare and exciting opportunity to work with a high‑performance industrial team at Avison Young. The role will be working directly with two Principals. The successful candidate must possess strong marketing and task management skills, exhibit excellent organizational skills, demonstrate an eye for detail, and must thrive in a fast‑pace, team environment. This is a sales assistant role with an opportunity to mentor and move into a brokerage role.
The base salary is aligned with market data and is estimated to be $50,000 with the ability to achieve additional compensation through a bonus. This salary range reflects base compensation for the position across all Canadian locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and other factors, including relevant education/training, experience, and internal equity.
