Job Description

• Provide direct support to the sales team in handling client inquiries, preparing quotations, and processing sales orders
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer information, and activity reports
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support
• Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and sales reports
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management and reordering processes
• Respond promptly to client requests and ensure effective resolution of concerns
• Support the organization and execution of sales campaigns, events, and product launches
• Maintain professional relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and data privacy regulations
