Responsibilities
The Role (What You’ll Do)
- Help the team scout and acquire new project sites.
- Study the market to see if a property is a good investment.
- Monitor the project schedule, budget, and materials.
- Work with engineers, partners, and legal teams.
- Prepare contracts and make sure all legal rules are followed.
- Assist with simple financial analysis for our projects.
Job Requirements
Who We’re Looking For (Requirements)
- Fresh Grads First: We are prioritizing new graduates for this role!
- Education: A degree in Real Estate Management is preferred, but any related field (like Business or Finance) is welcome.
- Understanding how land becomes a house (acquisition to sales) is a plus.
