Responsibilities
- Order Processing: Receive, process, and verify sales orders, issue invoices, and track deliveries.
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, or in-person, providing product info and after-sales support.
- Data Management: Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and account information.
- Reporting: Compile and prepare sales reports, track sales trends, and monitor team performance against targets.
- Team Support: Assist sales representatives with presentations, scheduling, proposals, and coordinating meetings.
- Liaison: Coordinate with other departments (marketing, finance, logistics) for smooth information flow.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.
