- The Sales Assistant provides administrative and operational support for Velocity’s sales force.
Area(s) of Responsibility
- Coordinate inbound and outbound order process.
- Coordinate Nonconforming Material process.
Essential Functions
- Enter, modify, and maintain requirements and order information in Velocity’s ERP.
- Coordinate with purchasing team on behalf of the salesperson at times.
- Coordinate with Inspection and Distribution Center to resolve order issues and ensure orders are shipped on time.
- Process sales and purchase orders and manage open order report.
- Data entry, BP entry and uploading lists.
- Order changes and problem resolution.
- Create service orders and request service and testing quotes.
- Create RMAs and link orders.
