Key Responsibilities:
- Product promoting using social media platforms
- Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and quotations
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
- Coordinate with the sales team to track orders and delivery schedules
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, pricing, and availability
- Assist in preparing sales reports and performance summaries
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse or supply teams
- Support sales meetings, presentations, and promotional activities
- Handle documentation for contracts and agreements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Job Requirements
