Position Overview
We are hiring a Sales Assistant to support the Property Sales Team in managing project coordination and communication. The role involves handling customer inquiries, following up on leads, supporting pre‑sales and after‑sales activities, and maintaining accurate customer and sales records.
Job & Responsibilities
- Telephone Communication: Actively handle high‑volume outbound calls to new and existing customers.
- Sales Generation: Convert inquiries into sales by explaining product features, benefits, and promotions via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
- Relationship Management: Build rapport with customers, handle complaints professionally, and provide high‑quality service.
- Support & Admin: Assist with preparation of sales materials and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
