Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by providing product information, answering inquiries, and offering recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
• Process sales transactions accurately, handle returns/exchanges, and maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor.
• Support the sales team in achieving targets by upselling, cross-selling, and promoting special offers or loyalty programs.
