• Process and record sales orders based on received Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and organize sales documents such as quotations, proforma invoices, rebates, and credit memo applications.
• Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate concerns with the appropriate sales representatives.
• Provide updates to customers and keep the sales team informed of important account or order developments.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding order processing, deliveries, customer accounts, invoices, and collections.
• Assist in monitoring sales orders, deliveries, and payment follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records and organized files for assigned sales accounts.
