We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Sales Support Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our Business Development team.
This role will assist with customer communications, proposal tracking, CRM updates, document management, and coordination of sales-related activities. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Business Development and Sales teams.
Maintain and update customer information, opportunities, and activities within company systems and CRM tools.
Assist with the preparation, formatting, and tracking of customer proposals, presentations, and sales documentation.
Support communication and follow-up activities with customers and internal teams.
Coordinate information between Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and other departments as needed.
