Sales and Services Manager (F/M)

////// BACKROUND Contribute to the business development of sales products and aftersales services within your area of responsibility. Manage customers’ portfolio and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain a long-term and structured relationship in line with the company’s overall strategy, while increasing operational performance, and business profitability.

Organize and coordinate after-sales service operations: customer follow-up, contract and service call management, deployment of activities at existing and new sites, and operational management of after-sales service teams.

Ensure compliance with commitments regarding quality, deadlines, and costs.
