Key Responsibilities Generate qualified leads through online and offline marketing. Contact potential customers via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email. Explain project features, pricing, and investment benefits. Schedule and coordinate site visits. Follow up with prospective buyers until the sale is closed. Maintain strong customer relationships. Achieve monthly sales targets. Update customer information in the CRM system. Prepare sales reports and daily activity updates. Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns. Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred (12th pass with sales experience can also apply). 1–3 years of experience in real estate, sales, insurance, banking, or direct sales.
