Responsibilities
- Monitor and report on sales performance and key metrics regularly.
- Support financial processes such as month‑end close and commissions working with members of a global Commercial team via case management system.
- Manage data accuracy and integrity across systems, including territory and account alignment.
- Generate and analyse reports for sales, management, and finance teams.
- Assist with process improvements, system updates, and data governance.
- Support sales initiatives, projects, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Basic Required Qualifications
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and basic macros/IF statements.
- Prior experience in sales support, systems, or business analyst roles.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
