The Deal Acceleration Analyst is responsible for managing end-to-end deal acceleration operations to enable timely deal closure, improve pipeline velocity, and support revenue realization across the SME&C business.

This role serves as a central coordination point between sellers, stakeholders, and operational teams, ensuring accurate deal tracking, proactive follow-up, and structured governance across deal lifecycles.

Deal Intake & Lifecycle Management

  • Manage intake of
  • Deal Clinic submissions
  • Walk-in deals and escalations
  • Offline deal requests from sellers and coaches
  • Create and maintain structured deal records, including:
  • Deal summaries
  • Business context and risks
  • Defined asks for leadership review
  • Ensure all deals are entered and maintained in designated systems (e.g., MSX, SharePoint trackers)
