The Deal Acceleration Analyst is responsible for managing end-to-end deal acceleration operations to enable timely deal closure, improve pipeline velocity, and support revenue realization across the SME&C business.
This role serves as a central coordination point between sellers, stakeholders, and operational teams, ensuring accurate deal tracking, proactive follow-up, and structured governance across deal lifecycles.

Deal Intake & Lifecycle Management
- Manage intake of
- Deal Clinic submissions
- Walk-in deals and escalations
- Offline deal requests from sellers and coaches
- Create and maintain structured deal records, including:
- Deal summaries
- Business context and risks
- Defined asks for leadership review
- Ensure all deals are entered and maintained in designated systems (e.g., MSX, SharePoint trackers)
