About the Role -
We are looking for an experienced Sales Advisor with strong exposure to selling Executive Education programs for working professionals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience in inside sales & counselling, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilties -
- Engage with working professionals and senior executives to understand their learning needs and recommend suitable IIM/IIT programs.
- Manage the entire counselling and sales lifecycle—from lead qualification, follow-up, and program explanation to enrolment closure.
- Conduct structured telephonic/virtual counselling sessions with prospective learners.
