At AMA, we are searching for a motivated individual who thrives in a team-centered environment. The Sales Advisor will promote our insurance products through outbound calls and assist with inbound sales queries. You will develop product knowledge through training and implement AI tools to enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote AMA Insurance products via outbound calls
• Support inbound sales queue with timely responses

Requirements:
