Role Overview

The sales admin role supports the global sales organisation by ensuring accurate execution of day-to-day sales administration activities while also driving operational rigor, data quality, and process adherence across the sales lifecycle. This role acts as a key interface between Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Commercial Policy, and Systems teams, ensuring Salesforce remains the single source of truth and that sales teams are enabled to operate efficiently and compliantly.

Responsibilities

• Assisting Sales reps with the CPQ process within Salesforce.
• Managing the Sales to billing handover – processing new contracts, renewals and any cancellations, liaising internally and externally to manage all relevant documentation.
• Coordinating between Sales reps and Finance for aged debt issues, invoice queries, and managing the annual CPI increase process.
