Responsibilities

- Preparing order forms, agreements, invoices, and maintaining CRM records.
- Responding to client inquiries, scheduling calls, and assisting with follow-ups.
- Handling purchase orders, coordinating with finance, and ensuring smooth fulfillment.
- Generate quarterly sales reports or forecasts for management.
- Serving as a link between sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
