Position: Sales Support / Administrative Coordinator (Location: Taguig, on-site). This role requires a bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience.
Client Profile: A leading global manufacturing and distributor company of sauces with over 35 years in the industry.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the key liaison between the NCR sales team and other departments to ensure timely and effective responses to customer needs.
- Maintain accurate customer records, price lists, contracts, and sales documents.
- Track and analyze sales performance, preparing insightful reports for management.
- Support the Assistant Manager with projects and tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Prepare daily order forms and organize essential documents to keep workflows seamless.
