Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree holder
• At least 2-3 years of experience as Sales Coordinator, Supply Chain Specialist, or Order Admin Specialist
• Willingness to work in Taguig City
• Willingness to work in a shifting schedule

Responsibilities

• Handles customer orders, maintains order records in ERP systems, and ensures all documentation is accurate from order entry through shipment
• Acts as a bridge and collaborates with sales, logistics, and customers to resolve issues, monitor deliveries, and ensure timely, accurate fulfillment for high customer satisfaction
• Assists in daily logistics, inventory, and procurement activities by monitoring orders, coordinating and cooperating with suppliers and other teams, and keeping stock records up to date
