Sales Administration Coordinator
As a Sales Administration Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring excellent service standards, accurate order management, and smooth coordination between Sales, Logistics, and Accounting. You will contribute to building a strong and collaborative Sales Admin function that supports our customers and internal teams with professionalism and reliability.
Main Responsibilities
- Review and process sales orders while ensuring deliveries are compliant with internal processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales and customer records.
- Issue sales invoices and ensure data accuracy in all transactions.
- Monitor and follow up on customer payments in collaboration with Accounting.
