Sales Administration Associate Analyst

Job Description

Objective: Support the sales managers in all aspects of account maintenance, ensuring maximum effectiveness of internal administrative processes and communication to guarantee optimum service to the client.

Responsibilities

• Work Monday to Friday, ideally in line with Dubai timings, with flexibility depending on workload and availability.
• Manage quote requests and proposals from the Quote tool and manual processes for all locations and both SME and corporate teams (direct and broker channel).
• Handle mailbox management and complete allocated QR by end of day.
• Collaborate within the support and broader sales team.
• Respond to underwriters, brokers, and clients’ queries within TAT.
• Support important sales projects.
• Build trust and relationships with internal teams and brokers/clients.
