Job Description
- Support the Sales team in preparing quotations, bidding documents, and other related materials.
- Monitor order progress from order receipt to delivery, and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve any issues.
- Update and maintain customer and order data in the system.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Track contracts and payment documents, and coordinate with the Accounting team during acceptance and payment processes.
- Perform administrative tasks related to the Sales Department.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by the manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Good English communication skills for daily work.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with around 1 year of experience in Sales Admin/Sales Support are preferred.
