Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Documentation & Processing
- Prepare and process booking forms, reservation agreements, and Sales & Purchase Agreements (SPA).
- Verify client documents (ID, payment proof, loan documents, etc.).
- Ensure all paperwork complies with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and organized client and transaction records.
2. Commission & Payment Administration
- Calculate and process agent/broker commissions accurately.
- Monitor payment schedules and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Coordinate with Finance for invoicing and payment confirmations.
- Maintain updated commission reports and sales summaries.
3. Coordination & Communication
- Liaise with sales agents, brokers, lawyers, bankers, and internal departments.
