Key Responsibilities
- Answer and route phone calls, emails, and client inquiries
- Schedule pest control services and coordinate technician appointments
- Maintain and update customer records, service logs, and invoices
- Process service reports, receipts, and other documents
- Follow up with customers for feedback, payments, and appointment reminders
- Monitor office supplies and reorder as needed
- Support sales and operations team with documentation and reporting
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, printing, permits and data entry
- Creation or updating of client presentations
- And other clerical tasks that may needed at that time
Qualifications
- Senior high school diploma or college degree
