Job Summary
The Accounting Admin is primarily responsible for handling day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks, ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions, and supporting the Finance team in maintaining organized and reliable records. The role also includes handling e-commerce transactions, particularly Lazada, as part of its responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in the accounting system.
- Assist in preparation of reports, schedules, and documentation for accounting and management review.
- Monitor and reconcile various accounts, including sales, collections, and expenses.
- Handle filing and organization of accounting documents such as invoices, receipts, and vouchers.
