Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate sales records, contracts, and customer databases (CRM).
- Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, and other departments to ensure order fulfillment.
- Track and follow up on pending quotations, payments, and deliveries.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support when needed.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and support sales presentations.
- Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
