Responsibilities
- Assists the Account Executive for Arts for admin works.
- Acts as support in attending to the sales back-office process.
- Handles account inquiries regarding items and products.
- Prepares sales quotations and process orders of clients.
- Process orders via email or phone.
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
- Coordinates to Operations Department to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records.
- Develop monthly sales reports.
Qualifications
- College graduate of any business course
- Preferably with one (1) year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Sales Experience is an advantage but not required
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Good oral and written communication skills
