Coverage Management
- Understand sales coverage of DSS Group and each account manager by account & industry assignments.
- Directly report to the assigned Sales Director/s.
- Coordinates with Sales Director/s and other Sales Operations staff on DSS order forecast monitoring.
- Provide Order forecast status report to Sales director/s. o Manage and monitors DSS weekly sales order and revenue performance
Reporting
- Ensures availability and accuracy of all DSS reports and dashboards.
- Prepares Weekly DSS dashboard (Order and Revenue reports; order forecast report) o Monitor Monthly Win / Loss report for DSS reporting
- Monitors Quarterly booking/ invoice report to DSS.
- Ad-hoc request for historical booking accounts from sales representative for account planning.
