  • Maintain a tidy, organized office environment.
  • Order and manage office supplies, ensuring stock levels are adequate.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed.

Scheduling & Coordination

  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain calendars for senior staff or management.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparation of materials, and ensuring room setup.
  • Draft, proofread, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Organize and maintain both physical and electronic filing systems.
  • Assist with managing confidential documents and information.
