Responsibilities
- Prepare, format, and manage sales-related documents such as quotes, invoices, proposals, and contracts.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Manage and update sales databases, CRM systems, and customer records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Sales Coordinator, or similar role.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
