Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Record all financial transactions in accounting software.
  • Organize and file invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
  • Accounts Payable.
  • Accounts Receivable.
  • Process and monitor invoices and payments.
  • Track outstanding accounts and ensure timely collections.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).

Skills

  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
