We are looking for a Sales Account Executive Team Lead to help us strengthen and conquer the n1 spot in the French Market! This is a great opportunity to combine both hands-on and strategic selling, and mostly team leadership to deliver measurable growth.


The Role

Our Account Executive Team works directly with mid-market and enterprise customers to understand their needs and guide them through the full sales cycle. As a Team Lead, you will manage your own pipeline while coaching a group of talented AEs to ensure they have the guidance, strategy, and support to close deals effectively. Your leadership will directly influence revenue generation, team development, and the way Factorial builds long-term relationships in France.
