Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound sales calls and own the full sales cycle.
- Qualify prospects and identify business needs.
- Present company solutions and customize pitch materials.
- Handle objections and close deals via calls or follow-ups.
- Maintain pipeline and deal status in CRM.
- Achieve call, conversion, and revenue targets.
Required Skills
Must-Have:
- 3 years end-to-end sales experience, B2B SaaS/IT services.
- Strong English, confident call presence, proven closing track record.
- CRM experience (HubSpot/Salesforce) and KPI-driven.
- International sales exposure (US/UK/EU/GCC).
