Qualifications

• Matric
• BCom degree in Accounting or Financial Management (either completed or in progress)

Experience / Knowledge

• Any applicable experience – advantageous
• Good writing and communication skills in Afrikaans & English – essential
• Own Transport and Driver Licence - essential
• Pastel Accounting (everything up to trial balance) – essential
• Microsoft Excel & Word – essential
• Experience in CaseWare – advantageous
• SARS E-Filing – advantageous
• Financial Statements – advantageous
• Auditing – advantageous
• Taxation – calculating & submission of tax returns – advantageous

Basic Functions

• VAT Calculations
• Submissions to SARS
• Capturing on Pastel
• Assisting in drafting financial statements
• SAIPA Learnership in all aspects
